Convert Word document to XML progrmatically

Question

Hi Folks I want to convert word document which may contains headings paragraphs tables images etc... to the XML document without using any tool. And the XML document should be defined with custom tags. For example if we have paragraph in word document in XML document custom tag should be like . Any help would be appreciated. Regards Saya
