Create setup only to check prerquisites and run application

Hi friends,

 

I need one clarification. Actually i want to check if the .net framework is installed or not. If it is install, then need to run one exe.  Suppose if it is not install, need to install .net framework and then run exe. 

 

Is it possible in setup project? Please give me ideas to achieve it.
