Create two web services

Question

¢ Create two web services: 1. Fetch list of students (registration # name) from database table 2. Insert a student registration # and name in the database table. ¢ Then create a client application which should use both web services. ¢ Constraint: Web service and client application should be on separate computers.

while inserting i i get this error on browser !!! Hi in the begining of article they discuss about webservice in the last demo is given i request you first read the article if you understand the what is wsdlweb method then you can easly create the web service.
