Creating Viewer for pocket pc

Dear all,
           I want to view any kind of file in browser. I am creating Mobile Web application .For example I dont have Pdfreader in the mobile. So i thought to show any kind of file in the browser. Eventhough the software(reader) is not there i want to view the file(any kind). Like google having link View as HTML.Similar that
