Database in Windows 8

Question

Hi People Do you know any Lightweight or nota suitable Database system works with Windows 8 except SQL Server and SQLLite? Lately i was working with .resw Resource files but since ResourceWriter doesnt work in Windows Store projectsthis option's failed. So im looking for an easy to useno-debugging required like SqlLite and gives usability like Sql Server. is there one such as what im looking for? or should i use XML? Thank you

SQL CE can be used in Windows 8 but not in Windows Store Applications.Microsoft didnt release any database product to support local data in windows store apps.Without XML and SQLLite optionsi dont know what else we can do.So i asked if there are other alternatives for it. The oldest version of SQLLite needed to re-compile so that was out of my mind.But now i see even an async sqllite version released for windows store apps.Maybe i was looking for an old resource for that :) http://timheuer.com/blog/archive/2012/08/07/updated-how-to-using-sqlite-from-windows-store-apps.aspx i didnt know that :)

Why do you not want to use SQLLite? How about SQL CE? Have you looked at that?
