DataGridview on Asp.net Web Application

Hi friends i want to make a gridview that should take input itself and save the data plus it should display on it can it be possible to make such girdview and can we make DropDown Combo boxtextboxcheckbox int it. what are the events & properties should been notice in such requirements. Hi Are you looking to develop a grid without any refresh. I mean just click on cells in the grid will enable the textbox holds the original value and users can change the value and out of the focus from textbox will save automatically?
