Deploying an ASP.NET on my computer

Question

Hello,
I am new to this. I am trying to develope an ASP application in my computer which is on a network. I have win 7 and VS2010. I have installed IIS on my computer. When I open VS a message is shown which is attached herewith.
The building and the publishing in IIS is done just fine. The problem is opening the site using my IP address on my computer.
This site: http://10.183.11.25/WebSite/Default.aspx is not opening.
I managed to make this work yesterday but today for some reason I cannot manage it.
Can you help me please on this issue?
