Dll Issues after bulid in mvc 4

Question

Hi every One i faced one problem  in my project when am bulid its automatically failed but Refrences Avalible Dll 's but error came Error 10 The type or namespace name 'Business' does not exist in the namespace 'SUM.OLS.Intranet' (are you missing an assembly reference?) am doing Rebulid and Clean solution all are Doing  but Am not Success  Any one help me.

You are not adding reference in your application properly are you able to find dll in local drive on project path.if yes so right click=>property=>copy to local. if no add again.

Are you sure there are no exclamation marks next to your referenced DLL's in Solution Explorer? Also can you supply: a) Code snippet of of where the error is occuring or b) A pastebin of the file where the error is occuring including namespace declarations.

Hi Venkata Could you please paste what error you are getting during the compilation ? Also you can check the framework version from Solution explorer -> references -> right click on reference assembly -> properties Hope this will provide you high level idea to start your debugging.
