Drag an Image in windows phone and place anywhere on screen

Question

Hi All I am new here and I am trying to create an app for windows phone using XAML and C# where user can drag an image and drop in any position of screen. Can any one help me how to get the new position of image after user drags it ? Thank you in advance.
