email html page in asp.net

Question

hi all!!
i am working on an asp.net page where i need to send an html page by mail..i want to pass in the html page link and get it as an html page not a link in mail...
does anyone know how i can do this???

have you tried reading the page into a buffer then printing that buffer into an email. I do this all day long in PHP but can't tell you how in asp.net yet. Probably along those lines. Read file stream into some object or string then eval it.... in classic asp a cheap hack way was to code all of the html into a variable and then make it the message body of the cdo object. so string strBody =  ........... ; but that way is dumb and hard to maintain let alone make templates out of. You could read it from a database also instead of hard coding into a page. then you get to spend a lot of time messing with the template editing program. hint: use version control and instead of updating a record move other versions up a level and insert a new one (of same template ID). Try FckEditor (open source and very nice) to modify your emails if you go the db route (or flat file i guess too).
