Error after hosting a site

Respected sir ,

 

There is an error in the application on those pages in which we used AJAX control UPDATE PANEL ,we have ajax toolkit.dll in bin directory of the application ,but still we r facing this problem in the web site on server only on local host it is working properly without any error .

1) Index.aspx page will appear use this id and pwd to enter

 

Id to enter Default page is : ucontract

PWD : gmass123

 

2)After this page default.aspx will come here we have register here link on click of this Registration.aspx should come but this page gives error because we used Update panel the error is in attachment also.
