Error regarding to dll files and assembly loading

Hello Friends I'm developing project in C# in my project i was include one exe c# application with my form.If i am execute my project it will execute but the exe file which is include my project it can't properly execute and it shows the following assembly errors. Interop.DexterLibversion=1.0.0.0Culture=neutralpublicKeyToken=null Exception from HRESULT:0x80131040 How to clear this?

It is not able to locate that assembly which you are referencing in your form . Make sure you are propering referencing in your project by putting in GAC or in your project application path .
