Exposed Business calculation and Logic to client

Question

I saw one of web application where tons of java script files available and most them having good amount of business logic and important stuff written that supposed to go in server side code. As per my experience the use of java script is only to deal with the UI not to deal with business of application. Correct me if I am wrong.

So lets say if you are exposing business logic so it means you are storing values in model of AngularJS and if I Know how to inspect element and little knowledge of java script then I can change the value before calling Ajax or service so in this way there are chances of loss of data integrity or loss of data or could be anything.

It depends on the applications and the requirements. AngularJS application most of the logic are in JavaScript files. If the logic will tamper system then its strongly recommended to push to server side. Even though we should have checks to filter data from Client side to server side before updating or saving.
