Facial recognition help

Hi

Does anyone know of a Facial Recognition SDK or Application that I can integrate into WPF or C#? I'm developing a system for an old age home and we want to use this technique to log them in instead of them having to remember passwords. Please, any help would be appreciated.

The download in this link ( http://download.cnet.com/Face-Recognition-ActiveX-DLL/3000-2070_4-10482087.html ) includes a compiled executable which isn't much help. The cost of the source code is $299 (ouch). Seems like a steep hill to start out from. Does anyone have experience with FAINT the Open Source Face Annotation INTerface on SourceForge? http://faint.sourceforge.net

This link just gives me an application that loads a bunch of random faces and not an actual DLL that I can use???
