File Download Without Using GridView

hi thanks for response.. By mistake marked as answered.. actually it works fine for recently processed file becoz of max(fileid) .. a little enhancement what i need is to download recently processed along with file which are all processed some times back based on user need which file they wish to download.. want to show all files in db based on that files user may download the content of file what they want

On button click you need to call that report  you need to write a seprate query for each files and report ..

now i tried as per example.. it shows all file from db and it takes final row's data .. shall i post the code now am trying?? if there is change pls let me know to correct..

On menu click you need to call a certian page and from that page you need to download files ..
