Fix Header and Footer in GridView (Asp.net 2008)

Question

hi frnds..

I have a GRIDVIEW on my Webpage with Large no. of Data and also i gave paging..

So, I need to make it VERTICAL Scrollable with Fixed HEADERS AND FOOTERS FIXED.
In footers i need paging as fixed.

Please help me how to do this..
