fustrated college student

Question

greetings I am new to this forum and I have a problem I have a huge project to do and I am stuck on something I dont know if this might be something that I could easily figure out but I am stuck here is the situation: i have a program that has 7 checkboxes...after the user checks the ones he/she wants i want them to click a button and display the ones he/she checked in a label but I am not sure exactly how to do that....i havent been to VB for long so I was wondering if you could help me out Thanks a bunch

what you do is have the checkboxes in an array instead of individual check boxes. This will allow you to loop through the array checking if it is checked or not. If it is checked then you can take the caption/text of the check box and append it to a string. once the loop is complete assign the text of the label to the string you created above.
