generate empid automatically in asp.net c#

Question

Hi to all,   

         I want code and design for automatically generate an empid while we give data into the textboxs.then by clicking submit button the data what we entered are stored in database and generate a empid automatically and by considering that empid as a username and password.Please solve my problem.
