generating rows and columns at run time

hi frnds.....

in my application everytime a user login some names appears,for every name i hav to save some info. entered by the user in data base ...and the no. of names for every user are different...so when a user login i want to display some textboxes at run time and to align them in a format...how i should i do this...with a table or grid...please help

U can use the aspxgrid to do given task. OR u can use the delegates to generate the text boxex at run time.

you could directly use the textboxes if you want TextBox textBox = new TextBox (); textBox.Location = new Point (somebaselocation.xsomebaselocation.y) this.Controls.Add(textBox); // increment for other texts from the base location using size of prev. box
