Get Autocad API help in Visual Studio .NET

Question

Presently i am working for development of Autocad with C#NET. When i am writing some code in Visual Studio, i am not able to get the help for methods i am calling on Autocad classes, methods. Please let me know how to get it?

Hi Mike I am using 2010. By click f12 we will be navigated to defination of that method(i.e signature) only. I want to know the descriptive documentation of that method provided by Autocad. For example if we install msdn when ever we call f1 on method written in vb code documentation provided to that method will be opened. Like that can we get the documented help or not for Autocad dlls methods?

Hi Guru Are you using the AutoCad .NET API? http://docs.autodesk.com/ACD/2011/ENU/filesMDG/WS73099cc142f48755-35a0330e12075abe904-7442.htm If you are you can use Reflector to look at the details in the assembly or if you are using 2010 you can probably just click f12 on the api method you are interested in to see the call you need to make. As far as commented help if its not on the autodesk website not sure where you might find it. -Mike
