Grid view related problem

hello,

i am facing some problems in grid view.i am sending you few coding files in which problems are coming.
problems are as follows:-

1. when we insert new record in any table(facility,amenity or room), then it displays its respective id in the master table(hotelmaster) row.
example:-
insert 1 record in facility of id=2 and name say "abc".
then in master table(hotelmaster), it display the "2" in facility column where name ="abc".
 this is happening with all 3 forms(amenity,room, facility).

 i want to insert forst any record, then if i check thye check box then its values should b go through otherwise not.



2.  my amenity & room forms are performing same task..if we insert any value in amenity form.. it will automatically displays its record's id in both columns(amenity, room) instead of display only in amenity column.

please help me to solve my these problems..
