In his latest statement Benjamin Fulford had said,the Earthquake that had hit Japan originated in the New Mexico and Nevada, U.S. New Madrid fault line being the probable next target. The horrific earthquake weapon HAARP (which can also cause spacequake) which attacked Japan on March 11, 2011 resulting in 10 meter long tsunamis along much of Japan's coast line came from rogue elements of the U.S. government located in underground bases in New Mexico and Nevada.These are informations according to pentagon an d CIA sources.

I think it is highly unlikely. It is the type of thing that would get much more attention if it were true. There are many things that seem true but the best evidence that they are not true is that there is not a lot of talk about it. Another critical piece of information is motive; what would they expect to accomplish? HAARP is no secret whatsoever; if it were true then they could not avoid suspicion. Of course all that is highly contradictory with something that I consider to be very true. Organized crime is much more prevalent than many people realize. I suspect that the current worldwide economic crisis is caused by powerful people trying to get financial control of the world. Since people are not talking about that my theory above is inconsistent. The motive for getting financial control of the world however is totally clear. It makes sense to me that the limited few very powerful people in the world would want to control the news and such. My best guess is that the story about HAARP is another way to confuse us. It makes sense to me that the truly powerful people in the world would want the world to blame someone else so they confuse us into blaming governments and politicians. They are probably using the theory of divide and conquer very effectively.

The HAARP thing was in an episode of Conspiracy Theory: Season 2 Episodes on truTV . The host Jesse Ventura is a former professional wrestler and governor of Minnesota a state of the United States. I had a lot of respect for him until I saw the Conspiracy Theory show. I cannot trust anything in that show. I don't understand why Jesse Ventura is saying the things he is saying such as what he says about the USA government. I have lived through a few strong earthquakes including big ones in 1971 and 1994. I live where there is almost as much activity as in Japan. I am more aware of earthquakes than most people in the world. There are many earthquakes at the edges of the Pacific Plate. The earthquake in Chile might be related to the Japan earthquake. I am not sure of the details of what direction the plate moved but I assume it moved in a consistent manner for the two quakes. Let's assume that HAARP contributed to the event(s). It is likely something that was inevitable even if HAARP had anything to do with it. Has anyone proposed the theory that the Moon caused it? The Moon was closer to the Earth than it ever is for about 20 years.
