Have a problem to use model to insert multiple user detail

Hi all
i have a problem plz suggest solution to the problem
i am developing a site in mvc 5, on a passanger detail page their is requirment to get the number of user details, user may be more then 1 or at least one like given image above.
How can we achiev this reuirment with model, i have create a model and use for loop to get this but validations are not working for second user or after first user.
