Help With A Simple Progam That Ain't So Simple

Question

I Tried to write what i thought was a simple program

read the lable of the CD in the drive
Compare to a text file archive
run the associated program.

how ever i couldn't find out where to get hold of the lable of the cd
and i can't seem to find the right command to run a third party program.

thanx for that but i managed to find that part of the answer on a seperate post on this forum System.Diagnostics.Process.Start(cycl.exe); however i've still had no luck reading the CD Label any help?
