Question

I would like to design a web form as follows. Id Name  Phone Number and image. What i need is when i need is when i submit it should save all the fields in the SQL Database. And when i want to retieve particular user information it should display all along with image. Can any one give me the code for my requirement

My suggestions: method 1: you can save the image in you databaseyou can search the method(save image in database) in Internet. method 2: you can upload the image in your serverthen save the file path in your database when retrive the user information get the image according the user ID.
