Hide one form and show next form on button click in PHP

Hi Friends

I have  two html forms in PHP, one form is insert form and second form is show form. There are two button in inset form  i.e. insert and show. I want when we click on show button after click on insert button then show form will be open and insert form will be hide. Please tell me anyone with an example ? Please help me ?
