ho can i copy table records to another table..

hi..

i have two table in my data base..

1. common task (filled with 62 basic task)
2. task

then when the form is loaded i want to copy the 62 basic task in commonTask table to task table..
so anyone can help me please...

if Structure is same of Both Table.. Then just Fire... Insert into Table1 select * from Table2... This will copy all record from table 2 to table1

yes you can do it. If the structure of both table is same then just fire insert query on task table which will take values from commontask by select query.
