How Can I download a file by using Generic Handler?

Hi everyone I am new hereand I just started to jump into the world of Silverlight I am currently developing a project to upload and download files. I was successfully done the file upload to my app by using Generic Handler but I don't have any idea on how to download the files uploaded by using Generic Handler as well.. I hope the professionals here can help me... Your help is appreciated.
