How can I implement and design a website for my shop?

Hi friends, 

I have decided to implement and design a website for my shop, but I have many problems in syntax and security and etc of that so I need a few websites implementation to learn and then implement my website , by the way, I prefer to implement it by php( word press ).  So I request you to help me I have time problem too. I must do it soon.
