How can i make my screen resolution static?

Hi friends Question 1: How to make my screen resolution static?In what ever resolution my system is ....when I start my application it has to come to 1024*768 (say).? Question 2: According to resolution of the screen th position and size of controls should be arranged automaically... How can I achieve that? regards

1: Dont know system hooks probably write a driver in C to hold it for you... something along those lines but i wouldnt suggest it. 2: Look into anchoring and docking.
