how can upgrade myVisual Studio 2008 Professional Edition to Visual Studio 2008 Service Pack 1 ?

I want to develop an application in Silver Light ,But i need to upgrade my VS 2008 professional edition to vs 2008 sp1.how?
where i get this ? please provide any link for only VS 2008 professional edition to VS 2008 sp1 not for vs 2010?

And Second thing

What Silverlight version i need to develop silverlight app with VS 2008 sp1 ?

If you download the service pack (as ISO format)  later if you want to install it in other machines you can reuse the downloaded ISO files. If you use WebPlatform installer for each machine you need to (background download) install it.
