How do I get better buttons and such?

Question

Hello I am fairly new to programming and such and I have been using Microsoft Visual C# Express. And it works great for the coding and stuff. The problem is what if I want to make a program that looks really nice? It only has very basic looking buttons and textboxs so I can't make a really exceptional looking interface. Is there somewhere to download more or something? Thanks for the help!

I know that C# is a programming language. I use Microsoft Visual C# Express to write my code. So what I'm asking is is WPF a program like that or is it something completely different? Also I've been looking and I can't find where you download WPF.

Hi Tristen you should go for WPF in .Net 4.0 you'll surely enjoy the look n feel stuff in that. and gud news is the coding stuff will remain same as you do in your simple windows application. just a little bit difference in terms of few extra properties and events.
