How to Adjust the Silverlight content according to the system resolution?

Hi
When we run the Silverlight appilcation in a different resolution different from the resolution it is developed, the content won't be loaded as is. So, what is the work around for this resolution issue? Can we set anything so that the application will run resolution independent?
