How to approve a user account by Admin in Win from app?

Question

When a user register an account, the admin have to login and approve the user account,set expiry date of the account until which the user can have access. The Admin can view all the user account in List box and choose to approve or to cancel the request. I have done with registration part. I don't know how to proceed further.
