HOW TO ASSIGN SPECIFIC ROW FOR TEXTBOX IN VS2010 TO EXCEL

hello frnds can u plss tell me how to assign the textbox values to specifiv row and column .it means if it starts with R go to 2nd column else goto 3rd column without blank spaces after clicking button it open excel. now its coming like this........ but i want if it starts with R it will goto 2 column or else it have goto 3rd column and without blank spaces. THANK YOU
