how to compare two times in android /java

How to compare two times and then show the message i just need to compare two times the other work is already been done as shown below in android

• At or after 6 am and before 12 noon it should show "Good Morning \
• At or after 12 noon and before 5 pm it should show "Good Afternoon \
• At or after 5 pm and before 9 pm it should show "Good Evening \
• At or after 9 pm and before 6 am it should show "Good Night \
