How to Create a menu like Outlook bar in c#?

Question

I was trying to created a User Control of menu bar which looks and works like outlook menu bar which located on left hand side. when user click on that menu that time below menu goes down and upper menu goes up and selected menu get open with all sub menu.


If any one have some code or idea related to this please let m know.
