How to create a new page at server

I want to know that how can we create a new page on the server after submitting a form. I want to make a new page say test1.aspx with the values from the form how can i achive this. Can any one please help me using ASP.net 2.0 and c#

I have a form and using that form i am taking some inputs from the user now i want that i store a page on the server having all the info and even user can modify this info in future too

You can do this by creating an HTML document and putting all tags found in an ASP.NET page. However you will not be able to run this page b/c an ASP.NET page has code behind in it and it will not run unless it is compiled and build as a DLL. What exactly are you trying to do?
