how to create encrypted file and decrypt same file in mvc 4

hi I want to create one mvc application where user upload the file and create the encrypted file and download the same same with decrypted. Is there any article ? I am trying to find in google but not able to find it. Everyting it shows me like create encyrit/decrypt files with asp.net not mvc. Thanks
