How to create Tags and related post for forum

Question

Hi i am developing a web site  which is related to online clinic. Where the health related problems will be answered. Please help me it is like a forum. What i want is how i can show related question and answers  if uses selects any of the question for viewing. Same way how i can show tags below that query  how i can collect and show related tags there. This is related to SEO. Please kindly guide.

Hi Rupali Thanks for the reply. Apologize for not viewing your reply. Actually i have seen the links you gave  just to let you know i have developed that web site in PHP. But still i will look for logic for that. If it is possible for you to give me links if you have related to PHP that will be great. Thanks in advance.
