How to Draw Radial Lines

Question

Hi I need to draw radial lines emanating from an arc at fixed known angles. The lines will originate at the arc and radiate outward. Imagine a kid's drawing of the sun: a circle with little rays poking out of it - that's what I need to do. I really don't want to do the trig to determine the endpoints of the lines. Is there an easier way to to this? Thanks!
