How to export retrieved data base data grid view to excel

Question

how to export retrieved grid view data from database in asp.net using C# Coding.. i am using ASPX as a Master Page and ASCX Page as a child page. i want to write code for ASCX Page. In ASCX page i retrieved to data from database using textbox control after submit button clicks.. whatever data comes from database into Gridview that data export into excel sheet when Export button Clicks.. plz help me..
