How to get sql server table data into excel using webservice

Question

suppose I have one database ABC. Now I have one table D in that.

Now I want the data of that table D in Excel 2013 using web service. How should I get that?

If Someone modifies the table the data in the excel should also be refreshed.

Or any other option to do that?
