How to give css on images and datalist control in asp.net

Question

How can we give css on images and datalist control in asp.net using c#. I had made a detail form where all user's images and related information get showed. But I don't know how to give script or css on images of datalist control. I want same effect as php hover plugins have.

I believed you could still be able to use the same approach in MVC as jQuery is platform independent. ;)
