how to import data from html to excell in c#?

Dear all i have a problem am trying to import data from html to excell using asp.net. but am anble to do that. i have a fileupload controller .it will uploads the file and i have one button controle .when i click the button the html page which in fileupload controle i want to exports to excell file using asp.net please any one help me..

Sir How Can I perform these using asp.net fileupload controle .. am not getting any idea..these solution was working for curren page exporting to excell.but my proble is need to upload a html page using fileupload controller and after it export to excell using asp.net c#.. Please Help me
