How to insert and retrieve an excel file in sql server 2008

Hi Friends,

I have an excel file, which is having 9 columns and one of the column is having an image. please help me how can i insert the excel with, which contains images and at the same time i need to retrieve the records including with images and display on UI.

I'm using SQL Server 2008, VS 2008
