how to know file location when file in solution explorer?

Dear all i have a small doubt .am saving a image to solution explorer .within the solution explorer i have a folder .every time am saving the file /image to that folder .now how can i pass a path to save the file into that folder .and how can i retreve the file path from that folder in the solution explorer using c# in windows forms
