How to link a share point design form with SQL Server 2008

Hi all How to connect a SharePoint Design form with SQL Server 2008 database... Because by default when you design form in SharePoint and pulish that form it will automatically make a connection with SQL Server... But the senario is that how can i make connection with my own created Database table with SharePoint design form... I can't found an option/procedure for doing this task in detail which provide help to solve this issue... Thanks for advance Help NAEEM

Your question is not clear. Are you trying to create UI in SharePoint and using SQL Server? OR you are accessing data? What version of SharePoint are you using?
