How to make selected database partial clone & insert require data in it ?

Hello ,

As per our specific Requirement ,
We have to give MSSQL 2005 Tables Selection to users & based on selected table we have to make blank database copy.

In that blank database we have to insert data in those selected tables from main database based on some criteria.

So what should we do to make this task easy & how ?
We are working on VS2005 (C#) with SQL 2005.
