How to open a website in chrome when people use IE browser.

Hi Friends 

 

I made one HTML 5 website, my clients 40% of people use IE8, IE 8 doesn't support HTML5.

My requirement is, when customer open the website in IE8, it should forcefully call chrome and open the website in chrome.

Is it possible using Javascript?

Kindly suggest me.
